Presentation

The animation team of the Toile de Jouy Museum invites its young visitors to discover the museum in a different way.

Children discover Jouy fabrics through a fun tour of the collections. They then give free rein to their imagination by creating a technical and artistic piece, just like the manufacturers of the 18th and 19th centuries.

The themes offered below echo the permanent exhibition or temporary exhibition. The hands-on workshops are preceded by a fun tour of the permanent collections or temporary exhibition.
Children who do not meet the age requirement will not be allowed to participate in the workshop.

Themes for upcoming children's workshops:
- Sunday 14 December 205 from 3pm to 5pm: Introduction to punch needle embroidery; Level: 6 years old (Year 1) to 12 years old (Year 6)
