The Royal Opera of Versailles invites you to attend a performance of *The Fairy Queen* by Purcell, the renowned Baroque composer.

A semi-opera in five acts with a prologue, based on a libretto adapted from Shakespeare’s *A Midsummer Night’s Dream*, which premiered in London in 1692.
