In June 2026, Maison Léon Blum invites you to a unique event celebrating the 90th anniversary of the Popular Front!

Ninety years ago, in 1936, the Popular Front—an alliance of left-wing parties—won a historic electoral victory. Under the leadership of Léon Blum, then head of government, major social reforms were introduced that left a lasting mark on French society: paid holidays for all and the 40-hour workweek.

To bring this legacy to life, Maison Léon Blum opens its doors on Sunday, June 28, 2026, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., for a festive day filled with conviviality and shared experiences. In the lush setting of its tree-filled park, enjoy a rich program of activities: a musical picnic, traditional wooden games, a Guignol puppet show, talks, guided tours, theater performances, and a jazz concert.
