In this workshop, you’ll learn how to make a Tarte Tropézienne.

This speciality from the Côte d’Azur consists of a citrus-flavoured brioche and vanilla cream.

During this session, you will learn, amongst other things:
- how to make brioche dough
- how to shape and bake it
- how to make a flavoured syrup
- how to make vanilla diplomat cream
- and how to use a piping bag.
