Cyril Lignac's signature dessert, always available in his patisseries, learn how to master its preparation in our workshop.

It's made up of a soft biscuit, a vanilla ganache, a caramel insert and a crunch.
For the finish, we'll be using those velvet sprays you've probably seen on pastry shows or in specialist shops.

And what's more, you'll go home with the dessert to delight your friends and family!
