Enjoy a safe beekeeping demonstration with a professional beekeeper. Protective suit provided. Ages 6+, booking required.

As part of the European Heritage Days, enjoy a unique opportunity to discover the fascinating world of bees alongside a professional beekeeper. Get up close to the hives in complete safety while learning about the essential role of bees, how a hive works, and the honey-making process.

Protective beekeeping suits are provided, allowing you to watch a live demonstration and safely observe the bees at close range. The beekeeper manages hives at the Domaine d'Ors and will be happy to share their expertise and answer your questions. Local honey will also be available for purchase on site.

This free family-friendly activity is extremely popular and fills up every year, so advance booking is highly recommended.

Practical information:

- Free activity during the European Heritage Days.
- Maximum of 10 participants per session.
- Sessions at 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm.
- Suitable for children aged 6 and over.
- Advance booking required.
- Please do not wear perfume and wear long trousers with closed-toe shoes.
