The brilliant intuitions of C.P Oberkampf and the advanced printing techniques gave rise to the delightful printed cotton fabrics that were the rage of the court of Versailles, both for clothing and for furnishing fabrics. After lunch, visit the Petit Trianon and its English garden where the memory of Marie-Antoinette lives on. End your day with a snack in a restaurant in Versailles.
