Within a Catholic aristocracy where the appearance of perfection takes precedence, certain taboos demand absolute silence. In this rigid world where breaking a secret is seen as an act of betrayal, speech is stifled.

Elizabeth thought she was growing up in a fairy tale: life in a castle, her head full of dreams and a bright future ahead. Yet her life is suddenly turned upside down.
