Inspired by British tradition, Tea Time is a sweet interlude that invites you to slow down and share a convivial moment over a hot drink. It is an opportunity to discover and enjoy delicious pastries.

During this workshop, you will prepare three recipes that are perfect for enjoying with tea or coffee: generous chocolate cookies with a molten center; fluffy mixed-berry muffins topped with a crunchy crumble; and indulgent financiers enhanced with a chocolate coating.

This workshop offers the chance to explore various pastry techniques and learn how to:
- Prepare cookie dough and bake it to perfection
- Create a chocolate filling with a molten center
- Make moist mixed-berry muffins
- Prepare a golden, crunchy crumble
- Make *beurre noisette* (brown butter) and master the cooking process
- Create a chocolate coating that sets into a thin, crisp shell.
