The two of you will prepare a beautiful log cake that will be perfect for the festive season: the Rocher-style log cake.

Thanks to our pastry chef Claire, you will learn everything you need to know to make it yourself and impress your family!

During this workshop, we will prepare:
- a moist sponge cake
- a chocolate mascarpone ganache
- a rock-style icing with almond flakes
