Presentation

In September 2026, the Pavillon Saint-Vigor opens its doors to the public. Built in 1770 by the architect Gabriel—who also designed the Petit Trianon and what is now the Place de la Concorde—this historic residence once belonged to Marie-Madeleine Bocquet, Louis XV’s wet nurse. Listed as a Historic Monument in 1946, the pavilion has been undergoing restoration by its new owners since 2004.
