Para-equestrian events

The para-equestrian events will take place in Versailles from 3 to 7 September 2024 in the magnificent setting of the Palace of Versailles!

For para-equestrian events, only dressage is included in the Paralympic Games programme.

During this event, the athletes are judged on the precision of their riding, the behaviour of their mount at different gaits, the stops, but also the artistic dimension...

 

On the programme for the para-equestrian competition:

• The individual grand prix
• The team grand prix to music (performing compulsory figures)
• The individual free grand prix (free to choose your own choreography and music)

Visual disability, orthopaedic disability, paraplegia and quadriplegia, hemiplegia, cerebral palsy, progressive neurological disability, original neurological disability.
