After Snow White and Romeo and Juliet, Angelin Preljocaj returns to narrative ballet and his taste for magnificent stories that make timeless tales.

Sublimating Tchaikovsky's musical masterpiece, he takes up the myth of the swan princess and transposes the story into a powerful universe, at the heart of the issues of our time, particularly ecological ones. Power, beauty, love, and death are at the heart of this masterpiece by Angelin Preljocaj, which moved audiences so much that the Royal Opera of the Palace of Versailles is presenting it once again: this is a spectacular show for all ages, a choreographic miracle that transcends styles.
