You’ll learn some key techniques of Chinese cooking, applying them to dishes that are both easy to make and comforting.

On the menu:
Starter: eggs with tea and spices,
Main course: a chicken broth flavoured with spices, mushrooms and homemade Chinese noodles
Dessert: almond tofu or almond pudding, served with a syrup flavoured with dried flowers, accompanied by a selection of Chinese teas.
