Presentation

Let's take inspiration from the incredible Infiniment Vanille tart by the famous pastry chef who invented it, Pierre Hermé. He has many flavours in his repertoire, which he uses in macaroons, tarts and entremets.
Here it's vanilla in all its splendour that we're using to make these succulent tarts:
Made with a shortbread crust, a soft biscuit soaked in vanilla syrup and an incredible vanilla mascarpone cream, the tart is a delight to munch on.

You'll go home with this jewel to delight your friends and family!
