Come and prepare a delicious two-course meal to relax after a day or week of work.

The main course (served cold) will consist of either a Welsh or Nordic version of the croque-monsieur, known as Welsh or Welsh Rarebit.

It consists of a thick slice of country bread, cheddar cheese and a dark beer sauce.
Some people add an egg, but not us, that wouldn't be sensible
And for dessert, let's keep up the pace and continue our journey north with Sticky Toffee Pudding, a moist cake made with dates and served with (a little) caramel sauce.
