Enhance all the elements of a product in a very gourmet menu

Today more than ever, the way we consume has an impact on our environment. And as the saying goes: "the best waste is the one you don't produce". In this zero waste workshop*, we will try to prepare a delicious meal by making the most of the food we use. No sacrifice on taste will be tolerated of course!
