Presentation

Embark on a culinary journey through dishes typical of a particular region of the world. And devour it!
- Starter: head for Japan with miso aubergine
- Main course: then a diversion to China with a Bao bun or Gua Bao with caramelised pork
- Dessert: back to Japan with a matcha tea roll-cake and chestnut cream chantilly
