So our Normandy menu takes these delights in a variety of forms: just caramelised in the oven for the Pont Lévèque, and at the heart of a creamy sauce for the Camembert au lait cru, and finally chopped apple and cider for a refreshing dessert.
The menu:
- Starter: crispy andouilles with Pont Lévêque sauce
- Main course: Filet mignon with cider, calvados and camembert cream
- Dessert: fromage blanc, shortbread and caramel glazed with cider
