On Saturday 22 April 2023, the Cuisinaire du Roi will welcome a special guest with the talented chef of the Azuli (Versailles) and Caliu (Gambais) restaurants, Coretin Demois.
The chef began his career in baking and pastry-making. His cuisine is inspired by his travels and the origins of Mr. and Mrs. le Révérend: Portugal for Mr. and Moroccan-Lebanese for Mrs., without forgetting the Italian influences with his partner.
Thus his cuisine combines the flavours of the countries around the Mediterranean.
For you, he has concocted a menu with multiple flavours, some of which are emblematic of his restaurants.
- Cilbir with zaatar, accompanied by a homemade cheese nan and smoked butter
- Tuna ceviche with leche de tigre
- Rice pudding with rose and honey
Workshop followed by a tasting.
