Presentation

The Cool Beans invites you to try out the board game Mothership.

Mothership is a science-fiction horror game.

The game opts for streamlined rules, designed to plunge players into the action as quickly as possible. The core mechanic is simple: roll a 100-sided die and try to roll under a specific threshold—usually determined by a character’s attributes.

This mechanic applies to most situations, from exploration to combat, without the need for a multitude of exceptions. As a result, the rules remain unobtrusive, allowing the tension to mount as players make new discoveries and face the dangers lurking within this space-faring universe.
