Presentation
M-A is launching a new Daggerheart campaign on 1 April!
Our story begins in a tavern... er, no, a café!
And not just any café, but a certain café called Cool Beans, located in the town of Vers'aill'es.
Since the end of the Dark Age, the country has enjoyed a long period of peace and prosperity. Tensions between magical and non-magical beings seem to be easing day by day, and as spring returns and the Great Summer Festival approaches, it seems that nothing could disturb the peace and joy reigning in the town. Nothing.
...Or can it?
Tone: Ranging from slightly parodic to serious, but not dark.
Themes: Classic Heroic Fantasy Adventure, Mystery, Investigation
A good understanding of written English is essential, as the rules have not yet been translated into French.
Daggerheart is a primarily narrative game; role-play is at the heart of the game; the strategy is very different from Dungeons & Dragons and plays a relatively minor role. If you’re not sure whether this is for you, you can take part in an introductory session. We’ll discuss this further during Session 0.
Session 0 on Wednesday 1 April: During which we’ll decide what kind of story we’re going to tell, refine the themes, tone and our goal for this campaign; discuss your characters and their relationships, and learn or review the basics of Daggerheart.
Session 1: Wednesday 29 April
Session 2: Wednesday 13 May
Session 3: Wednesday 27 May
Session 4: Wednesday 10 June
Session 5: Wednesday 24 June
Session 6: Wednesday 22 July (TBC)
Session 7: Wednesday 5 August (TBC)
