Presentation

Together we'll prepare another iconic French pastry : the chocolate éclair
Made with a crunchy choux pastry, it's filled with a delicious chocolate cream. And last but not least, we'll add a wonderful icing.
You'll come back home with your éclairs just in time for the luncktime, and will impress your family for sure !
The classwork will occur in English.
This is no masterclass : all participants cook the pastries from A to Z.
